RomeoSEO

Get in, loser.
We’re doing SEO.

  1. 1

Connect your site. Any stack. Romeo maps every page you have.

  2. 2

Romeo finds what's broken. What's slipping, what's nearly ranking, and the keywords you should own next.

  3. 3

Romeo does the work. He fixes your pages, writes the new ones, and pushes it all to your site. Your traffic goes up.

I grew my own product to $10k MRR with Romeo.

I spent a full year building the SEO system that took one of my own products past $10,000 a month in recurring revenue. Romeo is that system, packaged so you can point it at your site instead of rebuilding it yourself.

Kourosh Ghaffari, founder

Tweet from Kourosh Ghaffari showing monthly recurring revenue growing to $10,543, up 31 percent over the previous period, from fully automated SEO.Reply from a user saying they applied the playbook to two existing projects and both are about to 4x traffic in the first two weeks.

Romeo fixes your AI-slop first!

All your GPT-4 AI articles are outdated. Romeo fixes them first, then he writes you new content.

Three steps. Then he gets on with it.

  1. 1

    Connect your site.

Romeo crawls your sitemap and maps every page — titles, metas, headings and the internal links between them. Any stack.

  2. 2

    Romeo finds what’s worth fixing.

He compares this week’s rankings against last week’s, cross-checks your Search Console data, and turns it into a short list of jobs with the evidence attached. He also finds the keywords you should be going after next.

  3. 3

    Romeo does the work.

He rewrites the pages, fixes the titles and metas, adds the internal links, and writes the new posts you’re missing — then pushes it all to your site. Everything lands as a change you approve, and once it’s live he re-checks the page to confirm it shipped.

Most tools sell you more content. Romeo fixes what you already have.

You have already published the pages. Some of them sit at position eleven. Some collect impressions and no clicks. Some compete with each other for the same query. Some are one paragraph away from being the best result.

RomeoSEO works those first. He writes new pages too, but only when research shows no existing page can absorb the opportunity — never to hit a quota.

Work Romeo does first

  • Push page-two keywords onto page one
  • Fix high-impression, low-CTR titles and metas
  • Recover pages that are slipping
  • Strengthen internal links into priority pages
  • Resolve two pages fighting over one query
  • Expand sections that stop short of answering the query
  • Repair conversion paths from organic pages

What you get

Weekly ranking audit.

Week-over-week ranking movement from DataForSEO, cross-checked against two finalized Search Console windows. Every finding cites its evidence.

A stated reason, every time.

Ranking, CTR, intent mismatch, internal linking, content depth, cannibalization, wrong ranking page or conversion path. If the evidence is not there, Romeo says so instead of guessing.

Keyword clusters, validated against live SERPs.

Grouped into keywords to target, quick wins and worth a look — plus the terms Romeo skipped and why.

A queue you can finish.

At most five tasks per audit, sorted by business value and confidence, each linked back to the evidence that created it.

Changes written, QA'd and diffed.

Page refreshes, section expansions, title and meta rewrites, and internal links — delivered as a pull request on a feature branch.

New pages, written for you.

When research shows no existing page can win a cluster, Romeo writes the new one — blog posts, landing pages and comparison pages, briefed from validated keywords rather than a monthly quota.

Pushed to your CMS.

Content lands in your Framer blog collection as a draft, ready to read. You publish it.

Confirmed live after merge.

Romeo re-crawls the URL and checks the status code, canonical, title, meta, H1 and links actually changed.

What Romeo can and cannot do

Can

  • Read your public pages
  • Read your Search Console data (read-only scope)
  • Read your repository at a pinned commit
  • Open a pull request on a new branch
  • Write a draft into your CMS

Cannot

  • Push to your default branch
  • Merge a pull request
  • Deploy your site

Coming next

None of this has shipped yet. It is listed so you know where Romeo is going.

  • Automatic weekly plan. Every Monday, the audit will run itself and the plan will be waiting for you. Today the audit is one click.
  • The harder fixes, executed. Correcting which page ranks, resolving cannibalization, and improving conversion paths — proposed today, executed soon.
  • More CMSes. Webflow, WordPress and Ghost, alongside the Framer publishing that works today.
  • Analytics-aware prioritization. GA4 and PostHog, so tasks will be ranked by revenue impact rather than traffic alone.
  • Alerts and the weekly summary. Email when something urgent moves, and a Monday digest of what changed.
  • Team workspaces. Multiple people, multiple sites, roles.

Before you join the list

Does Romeo publish to my site automatically?

He does the work automatically, but nothing goes live until you approve it. Changes to your code arrive as a pull request with the full diff; new content arrives as a draft in your CMS. Romeo cannot push to your default branch, merge, deploy, or publish a draft.

What does it cost?

$150 per month, per site. One plan, everything included, cancel any time.

Why is there a waitlist?

Every audit and every task spends real money on search data and model calls, so we are adding sites in batches rather than all at once. Join the list and we will email you when there is room. It is not a marketing device — there is a genuine ceiling.

Can I connect more than one site?

One site per account today, and pricing is per site — a consultant running three client sites runs three. Multiple sites under one workspace is on the roadmap.

Do I need a GitHub repository?

To have Romeo execute changes, yes — one repository for the site's source. Audits and keyword research work without it; you would apply those changes yourself.

What if my site is on Framer, Webflow or WordPress?

Connect a Framer project and Romeo syncs your blog collection and writes drafts straight into it. Other CMSes are being added. Audits, research and keyword work run regardless of where your site is hosted.

Do I need my own SEO tool subscriptions?

No. Ranking and SERP data is included in the price.

Is Search Console access safe?

We request the read-only scope, store tokens encrypted, and never write to your Search Console property.

How often does it run?

You run an audit when you want one; it compares this week's rankings with last week's. Automatic weekly runs are on the roadmap.

How many tasks will I get?

At most five per audit. That is intentional. A queue you can finish beats a report you will not read.

Will it write brand-new articles for me?

Yes, but not by the hundred. Romeo improves what you already have first, and writes a new page only when research shows no existing page can absorb the opportunity. Each one comes from a validated keyword cluster rather than a content quota.
